HGTV is coming to Rough Hollow next week to film an episode of their ever-popular show, House Hunters.  We don't know which house the buyers will pick, but we do know they have their eye on one of our lovely homes in Rough Hollow!

The show will air sometime this summer, so keep an eye out on our Blog & Facebook Page for a special invitation to a premier viewing party.

If you see the cameras around next week, tell us where and when!

Are you a fan of House Hunters?

St. Patrick's Day is drawing near.  Have you made your plans yet?  If you're expecting to eat a little corned beef & cabbage to satisfy your tummy, you better save room for some authentic Irish beer and lots of dancing, because this St. Patrick's Day Festival is full of Irish tradition.

This year, the celebration continues at two different locations.  Choose to celebrate at Cover 3 in Austin or The Lion & Rose in Westlake Hills.  Either way, we're sure you'll have a giddy time.  There will be pipers, dancers and local Irish bands.  What more could you ask for?

Come wearing green and celebrate St. Patrick's Day all day long on Saturday, March 17.

Any other St. Patrick's Day events you'd like to share?  Please do so in the comments below!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

SXSW is buzzing in Austin.  As it should be.  The South by Southwest (SXSW) conferences & festivals offer the unique convergence of original music, independent films, and emerging technologies.  It is labeled the premier destination for discovery.

Whether you're here for the music, film, interactive, or the celebs we're sure you're having a fantastic time.  Jay-Z, Lionel Richie, Niki & The Dove, and Insane Clown Posse are in the house and are gearing up for incredible performances.

Interactive & film events begin Friday morning and continue through the weekend and the music begins on Tuesday.  Visit some of your favorite companies at the Interactive Lounge and take a sneak peak at some of your favorite movie producers during special movie screenings.  It's all happening and it's all LIVE in Austin!

Never been?  Now's your chance.  SXSW has even put together a first-timers guide to the SXSW experience.  Check it out here.

Who are you most looking forward to seeing this year at SXSW?
