NEW HILLTOP HOMESITES JUST RELEASED

Rough Hollow is officially over 50% completed – however some of the best homesites are just now being released. Rough Hollow’s developer, Legend Communities, recently announced the continuation of Highland Terrace, Vista Ridge, Vista Ridge Estates and Arroyo Divide. These neighborhoods will include elevations reaching 1,100 ft above sea level, some of the highest points in Rough Hollow, and will include panoramic views for miles.

Vista Ridge & Vista Ridge Estates
Vista Ridge and Vista Ridge Estates offer large Hill Country homesites. At 1,100 feet above sea level, Vista Ridge Estates sits atop one of the highest points in Rough Hollow and is a small pocket of custom, estate-sized homesites. Vista Ridge and Vista Ridge Estates are located on the Southeastern rim of the community, abutting up to the green lands of Mount Lakeway and the expansive trail system. Builders in Vista Ridge will include Westin Homes and Drees Homes, providing quality homes at various price points.

Arroyo Divide
Arroyo Divide sits on the edge of a canyon, above Little Rough Hollow Cove, featuring canyon views and some lake views. Arroyo divide is conveniently located near Rough Hollow’s Highland Village Amenity Center, the newest elementary school in the Lake Travis Independent School District, and the future phase of the expanded Rough Hollow Trail system. With oversized homesites and home designs by Brookfield Residential and Scott Felder Homes, Arroyo Divide will have a selection of plans to choose from. Homes in Arroyo Divide will range from 2,500 square feet to 4,500 square feet.

Highland Terrace – New Phase
 Highland Terrace is located at the heart of Rough Hollow and has released a new phase that will feature greenbelt homesites backing up to the Canyonlands of Mount Lakeway and some of Rough Hollow’s most beloved hike and bike trails. Similar to the first phase of Highland Terrace, these new homesites offer extraordinary views of the Texas Hill Country. The newest homes in Highland Terrace will continue to be built by Brookfield Residential and Scott Felder Homes, ranging from 2,100 square feet to 3,600 square feet.
